Free TV Licence - You will also benefit from the cost of TV licence paid for as part of your rent. This will cover the TV licence required in the common parts of the property.
Free High Speed Internet - We know how important it is to ensure that there is a reliable and quick internet connection within each property to aid student study. This is also provided by the landlord.
Property Maintenance - We take property maintenance seriously that's why we have set up online maintenance platform for Students. This enables users to submit a ticket online and monitor its progress whilst our team of professionals keep you up to date. This service is available 24/7.
